A: When you arrive at Ercan Airport (North Cyprus) you will be greeted by a MTS representative, he or she will be holding a signboard that has your name written on.

A: Yes but they must be approved at the time of rental can drive the car. Additional drivers must also bring documentation with them.
Q: What happens if I return the car late?
A: Depending on how late a car is you will be charged additional costs. If a car is more then 1 hour late then this can mean you will be charged for an additional day.
Q: How do I arrange to extend my rental period?
A: If at any time you wish to extend your car hire period while in North Cyprus then this is not a problem. Please contact your rep, who will inform you of their contact details when the exchange is made.
Q: How can I make payment?
A: Payment to MTS Car North Cyprus is made via PayPal. Pay Pal allows you to send money quickly and safely to anyone with an email address. You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account.
Q: What is Collision Damage Waiver?
A: CDW - This cover removes all financial responsibility for damage to the car, only as long as the terms of the rental contract are not violated.
Q: CDW is not included in my online qoute, do I have to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance?
A: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is offered by MTS Car for an additional daily charge of 3 GBP per day. MTS Car waives all or part (as indicated on the rental agreement at time of rental) of the customer's liability for damages to the vehicle provided the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not violated.
Q: Are taxes included in the rate quoted?
A: All local taxes are included in rate quote.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent a car?
A: The minimum rental age is 25 on all rentals.
Q: What if I get a traffic violation while in possession of a MTS Car rental vehicle?
A: The renter of any car is liable for all parking and traffic violations.
